Stock in transit reduced after Inbound Delivery

Hello,

I am doing intercompany STO using Scheduling agreements, with Delivery and Billing.

Process is as follows:

STO-SA --> Outbound Delivery --> Shipment --> PGI --> INbound Delivery --> GR

I have two docuemnts, one where I use LA confirmation and the other without any confirmation.

When I do the PGI, in both cases i can see in MD04 from recieving plant, the column Stock in Transit correctly updated.

In the case where I create a LA confirmation, this Stock in Transit is deleted in MD04 after Inbound Delivery is created.

Stock in transit is correctly displayed in MMBE.

In customizing for LA confirmation, it is flag as MRP relevant and GR relevant.

Any ideas?
