you actually never posted how your customizing is.
madhava reddy chinthalapalli has posted the field help from customizing, but if you look at the customizing, then you will know that it is not a 1:1 to the F1 help, as the entries have to be made in a different format.
So it is important that you post how your customizing looks like.
