Multiple specification

Can any body work with Multiple Specifications, if yes we are facing  one issue regarding this we done below mentioned prerequisites

1) We Configured Object  and Object type

2) We activated client level setting

3) We activated MS against Inspection type

4) Created class characteristics link with MIC

5) Created Inspection plan

6) in CWBQM assign material and object & object type (material -routing assignment s general)

7)but i am facing issue i want to assign dependent characteristic specification for this that screen show display mode it is not edit mode kindly suggest how i will assign different specifications for object & object type for some characteristics

can any body know kindy guide me...
