CHARM Normal Change Action disappears - need help

Hello Experts,

Somehow after I develop few additional statuses for Normal Change ZMMJ, an action "Reset Status to 'In Development" disappears from the newly created status "Successfully Tested in QUA"

  I need 2 options for this status: ether to move my Normal Change to 'In Development' status or to 'Pass Normal Change to Test in UAT'.

This action still exists in all other statuses, including other newly created statuses, such as "To be Tested in UAT', etc..

Any idea how to restore this action for the status " "Successfully Tested in QUA" '?

My system is at 7.1 SP08
