As Jurgen mentioned, something could be developed.
In our case, we use info records at one of our plants (we don't have extended warehouse management, just plain vanilla basic inventory management). So, the vendor/material combination is known for key items at that plant (for most of their Stores stock). Of course that is all dependent upon their purchase history. They wanted something like you mentioned for their daily needs.
We developed a pretty straightforward SQ01 query that joins several stock tables to get the fields you mentioned and also EINA for selected vendor information per material (in case of info records existing). It's kind of a clunky query, but it works o.k. for them in most cases.
