There are several ways to share your PD models, forgive me if you're already aware of them:

  • the Edit menu allows you to save selected symbols on a diagram as an image file in a variety of formats (the Export Image option) - you can choose to export in monochrome or colour
  • if you have a repository, install the portal so users can access diagrams etc via a web browser
  • if you have MS Office, you are probably able to print using the Microsoft XPS Document Writer - there are a couple of applications in Windows 8 that can open these, not sure about Windows 7
  • export details of your processes to Excel via a list of objects (on the Model menu), or from a List Report
  • the read-only PowerDesigner Viewer software is free, so anyone can install it and use it to view models
  • create a report in PD, and generate HTML or RTF content
  • use a free PDF generator to print reports or diagrams to PDF files (I've used CutePDF before)

Unfortunately, SAP haven't included PDF generation in PD, but they're not the only tool vendor who hasn't
