Automatic Items creation at the creation of an Opportunity in SAP CRM

Hi every body,

My need is the following : automatically create a number of items at the time of Opportunity creation (at the creation and not at the saving of the opportunity). How to do it in SAP CRM 7 (Backend or Web UI) ?
