Re: Wdeploy overwrites custom.js

Wdeploy will deploy all files in the below direcotry

.G:Program Files (x86)/SAP BusinessObjects/Tomcat6/webapps/

you have to make the change or add the code in the below directory
<INSTALLDIR>SAP BusinessObjects /Business Intelligence platform 4.0/warfiles/webapps

once you have done it in war files, you have deploy the war file.

then only content will reflect in the webapps.
