Try and read it as

Header,1 HeaderText,*,Detail,*,DetailText,*

Structure should be like

MT_xyz

Header

HeaderText --0.. unbounded

Detail         --0.. unbounded

     DetailItem   1

     DetailText   0.. unbounded
