Simon is correct by referring the Business Package for HR Administrator. You also can refer HCM Process & Forms for the Hiring/Rehiring processes using the Portal. Not sure whether you have had a look on that or this may suit your requirement. And also HR Renewal will not suit your req. as this will come in EHP7.
