It is natural that such report requirements arise as per the client practices and needs.
Very often we do not find ready answers in the form of standard programs(Tcodes).
For such situations tools have been provided by SAP, such as Quick Viewer (SQVI) and Infoset Query(SQ03, SQ02, SQ01).
The other option is to Develop this report by working with your technical team.
