NDA best practices in CLM

NDA is one type of contract document which we will be generating in CLM system.

These NDAs can be for individual persons or companies.

For most of these NDAs there is not an existing supplier master record in the system.

Master Agreement does require one to have a Supplier.

What are our best options to handle these NDAs:

E.g. 1. Create a dummy supplier and always use that dummy supplier for the NDA MA types

2. Create a dummy supplier and create a new contact against this supplier everytime a new NDA needs to be created for a new person.

     In this option is there a limit on how many contacts can be added to a supplier.

Are there any other suggestions?
