Crystal Reports XI R2 service packs

Have followed the directions listed the following link. Still not able to get service packs installed

Installed Crystal Reports XI R2 .

Downloaded SP6. SP6 install errors out with

"SP6 requires SP4",

Down loaded "Crystal Reports XI R2A SP4 Incremental Build" as recommened in step 3. from link above.

Installing that I get "requires SP2". Cannot find SP2

Searcheds I have done leads me back to http://scn.sap.com/community/crystal-reports-for-visual-studio/blog/2011/06/07/where-did-all-the-crystal-reports-xi-r1-and-r2-fixes-go

I'm stuck, any suggestions?
