1. Please check the hardware key

2. The problem is happening  on your development system or after you deployed to your client.

If it is the later, most probably it is the problem of missing reference.

Check that .Net FrameWork 4.0 is installed on client.

or

3. Some time your using the string value to integer values at the time also like that only shown
